Four Dynamic Areas

Since 1997, Rock+Ice has specialised in breaking new ground in the four core areas we've identified as having the most profound affect on the quality and productivity of our corporate clients:

  • Conference Events

  • Adventure Activities

  • Foundation Team Building

  • Performance Development Training

We tailor develop programmes to perfectly match:

bullet your individual needs and objectives
bullet the specifics of your group
bullet the time of year
bullet the time you have available
bullet your budget

The result? The ideal package - one that is totally yours - custom designed to achieve 100% of the outcomes you've identified. Whether it's pure fun or dealing with profound team challenges, the occasion is always focused on clearly defined objectives. And always, always, unforgettable.

Our People

Rock & Ice's greatest resource. The team here, both full time and casual, simply love what they do. We are 'people' people, and know how to really make things 'click' for our clients. And there's no denying it, we love fun!

But don't mistake all our energy and enthusiasm- and we've got it by the truckload - for a lack of business acumen. Our staff have been working in the training and development field for many years, and bring a synergy of experiences which makes the most of every learning and growing opportunity that arises.

The fact is we're as business savvy as we are fun focused.

The facilitation and delivery of our outdoor programmes are headed by experienced staff with NZOIA qualifications (the professional body for outdoor instructors) to ensure we use the most up to date techniques while keeping the experience safe to make your event one to remember.
